Prospective candidates, campaign workers and politically active citizens are encouraged to attend the "Clean Campaign Class" sponsored by the Miami-Dade Commission on Ethics and Public Trust.
The Village of Biscayne Park Election is scheduled for November 8th of this year. All those involved and everyone interested in the process can learn how to properly open and manage financial accounts and run ethical campaigns.
The two-hour seminar will feature representatives from the Ethics Commission and the Elections Department who will provide essential information to avoid legal pitfalls, correctly raise and report funds, properly keep records and understand the legal and ethical obligations of seeking public office.
The class is free and open to the public.
